The studio · Est. 2010
From a small studio in Northern London to the heart of regional Victoria — fifteen years of specialist artwork reproduction photography.
London → Woodend
Laneway Digital was founded by Richard Munckton in 2010, in a small studio in Northern London. What began as a focused practice photographing paintings for a handful of artist clients quickly grew through word of mouth into something larger.
After requests to photograph private collections around Britain, the studio continued to refine its niche — helping artists and owners make accurate reproductions of their work for competitions and catalogues. Over three years it grew to service book publishers, archives, galleries and insurance companies.
In 2017 Richard relocated the studio to Woodend, Australia, and continues to supply artwork reproduction photography to all levels of the market across Melbourne and Western Victoria.
Every project — from a single painting to an entire private collection — receives the same level of care and precision. Richard is personally involved from initial consultation through to final delivery, because an accurate record of your work is one of the most important investments you can make.
